Introducing Mr. Rubber Toe (a.k.a. Robert)

Meet Robert! He is currently a student at The Berklee College of Music in Boston, and an awesome guitar player. During his summer vacay here in San Diego we met up to take some fun photos downtown for his website, which will be launching soon. Before we met up I scouted out some cool spots near Petco Park that were fitting for a young, hip musician and instantly fell in love with the urban spots below. Editing the photos was great fun too since I felt like I could play with textures and contrast a bit more than I would with a family session.

And Baby Makes Three {Simmons Family}

I have been waiting to take these pictures for 7 long months and finally got my wish last week! My girlfriend Dani is expecting her first baby in two very short weeks, and is glowing in every way. She is probably the most prepared soon-to-be Mom that I've ever met, and is going to be a wonderful Mommy!!

We decided to do her maternity pictures urban style, and shoot them downtown. The weather was perfect, and Dani & I even managed to brake a few laws (at my request) so I could get the shots I wanted. Thank you Dani & Joseph for a fun morning and for being open to my suggestions, no matter how crazy they sounded. Enjoy!!
